PORT KLANG: A 16-year-old school dropout lured a 14-year-old girl to a vacant house in Taman Suria here where he and three other boys took turns to rape her.
It is believed that one of the boys recorded the rape on his handphone.
OCPD Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Mat Yusop said: ”Our officers have taken a statement from the girl and a medical check-up has been carried out.
“Based on the initial report lodged at Pandamaran station, we have arrested three of the boys, who are also 16.
“One more is still at large,” he said.
The boys have been remanded for five days.

If this problems are not solved....scary future.
I think there should be a study on what's wrong with society at the moment.
Parents not around to teach them? Problems with education systems?
